A new draft standard for public review has just been posted: BSR E1.37-1, Additional Message Sets for ANSI E1.20 (RDM) --Part 1, Dimmer Message Sets. The document is in public review at http://www.esta.org/tsp/documents/public_review_docs.php through 26 July 2010. The review is over when July 27 starts. 

BSR E1.37-1, Additional Message Sets for ANSI E1.20 (RDM) - Part 1, Dimmer Message Sets, is part of the BSR E1.37 project, and provides additional get/set parameter messages (PIDs) that are intended for, but are not limited to, use with entertainment lighting dimming systems. These additional messages allow access to configuration parameters commonly found in many theatrical dimming systems.  

But wait!  There's more.  

The draft standard also includes some new PIDs that are not dimmer specific. Check them out!
